One thing we have found is that the vast majority of problems are not caused by you but by other people interfering with your system through viruses and spyware or through general parts failure.

Our rates for private customers are £44 per hour, there is no callout charge, and no premium for out of hours visits that are mutually convenient.

We also value our existing customers. So for those customers we also provide FREE telephone support. It is not uncommon to hit a little snag where it is not necessary for us to come and see you and where a few words can instantly get you back on track.
