Our External IT Department service has been created to provide support and professional development to those existing people currently covering IT problems. Because our experience covers computers, training, networking, Security systems, telephone systems, wireless, internet, websites, health and safety, accounts, and other business management systems we can help your existing staff though problems, explaining what we are doing and ensuring they understand where necessary.

Our basic rates for External IT Department customers are £40 per hour, with no callout charges and a monthly subscription of £100 per month. This service offers

Our aim with this service is to maximise the support and efficiency of your computer system whilst minimising the expensive site visits. We do this by working with you to develop the skills you need in house.
